Côtes du Roussillon: Agly Brothers 2010

"They are of very high quality and deserve readers' attention. Hopefully my prose has convinced more than a handful of readers to try these remarkable wines from one of the most fascinating and compelling personalities in the entire wine world, and one dedicated to the highest quality. " 91/100.

Tasting Notes
This is the terrific northern hemisphere joint venture (as opposed to 'La Pleiade' in Australia) between legendary biodynamic winemakers and bonzer mates, Ron Laughton and Michel Chapoutier.

First produced in 2004, Ron and Michel have overseen steady improvements to this blend of Syrah and Grenache from just 3 hectares in the Roussillon (hence very limited quantities are produced).
