A coral–pink, dry and aromatic Coteaux du Cap Corse rosé wine with appealing raspberry and rosehip aromas, blended from roughly equal parts of Nielluccio, Grenache and Alicante grown on a tiny plot in the North of the island. The vineyard enjoys an excellent elevation, amazing light levels and stunning sea views.

Vinification From a tiny parcel of vines in a very restricted vine area, production of this wine is miniscule. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and the wine is spring bottled to retain its subtle red-berry fruit characteristics and fine acidity.

Domaine Pieretti

Lina Pieretti-Venturi is one of only four winemakers on the Cap Corse (the northernmost peninsula) and one of only two female vignerons on the whole Island of Corsica. Lina farms 11 hectares of vine holdings just outside Santa Severa, near Luri from which she produces tiny volumes of dry rosé and sweet Muscat.
